We do not take reservations because we cannot predict how long a table will stay. We do appreciate it when you let us know of large parties (greater than 8 people) so we can better prepare.

Our Spirits
Our mission is to build upon Fort Collins' excellent craft brewing heritage and apply these standards of quality to our distilling works. We produce premium, hand-crafted spirits that include vodka, whiskey, rum, gin, agave spirits and liqueurs that will push your taste experience beyond mainstream, corporate producers.
The Tasting Room & Patio
Our comfy, lively tasting room and outdoor shaded patio offer a unique selection of hand-crafted cocktails and infusions. A chef-inspired food menu features light, delicious appetizers and shareables that pair perfectly with your libations. Seasonal food and cocktail specials help keep our offerings fresh. We do not have TVs because we want to foster an environment for real conversations.
